RETURNS & REFUNDS 

 

To initiate a return or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You can start the return or replacement process within 48 hrs of receiving the item by accessing the website/ app. Only items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and labels still attached, and in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

 

Once you've requested a return, we will schedule a pick-up date. Our courier partners will collect the item within 3-5 business days after receiving your return request. The refund process will begin once the return has been scheduled.

 

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so within 48 hours of placing it by accessing the "My Order" section. To request cancellation, please contact us via email at teslaqinfotechnologypvtltd@gmail.com.

 

Refund:

 

To initiate a refund, the items must be unused and remain in their original packaging. You can request a replacement only if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To assist you further, we may request a video of the unboxing process. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
